DESPERATE  WRITERS  OF  PORT  ALBERNI  WRITE  AGAIN.
This is a collaboration by four writers of their entertaining short stories.  We met as a group every week for a number of years.  At those meetings we shared our story-writing, and edited each other's work.
We had a lot of fun together.
It may be difficult to find a copy, but it was published by FriesenPress in 2013,and they may be persuaded to produce another run. Secondhand copies may be available on sites like Abebooks and in various bookstores.

THE  WALLACES  OF  KERRYMOUNT  HOUSE
Picture

Tracing through the generations, this Wallace family's origins, lives and times have been researched and written out with care.  For anyone who has been following along, initially I wrote this to discover about Eva Murphy's husband, my grandfather, James Nevin Wallace.
Published in 2010

Available as secondhand copies in some bookstores, which may be discovered by on-line searches.

Also available directly from the Author:

DR. WILLIAM EDWARD DILLON, NAVY SURGEON IN LIVINGSTONE'S AFRICA
Written from family diaries, documents and papers, now finally all filed and catalogued, and to be found at that time in 13 legal-sized 4-drawer filing cabinets in my house's basement in Port Alberni
on  Vancouver island.  These papers provided a challenge to collate and then, to weave together the story of my great-great Uncle Dillon.
Published by FriesenPress in 2014, and readily available new or as a second-hand edition, paperback or hardback versions.
